To Student Members of NOF: Reimbursement of IADR CED/NOF 2026 congress registration fee (student early-bird) and IADR NOF 2026 student membership fee

IADR Scandinavian Division (NOF) student members, who present a poster or oral presentation in IADR CED/NOF 2026 meeting at Lisbon, can apply for reimbursement of 2026 congress registration fee (student early-bird) and IADR NOF 2026 student membership fee.

Eligible applicants:

1) undergraduate students, post-graduate students under Masters, PhD, or specialty training

2) Applicants must be citizens of Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway or Sweden – or citizens of another nationality in case their research has been performed in one of the mentioned countries (in the latter case, a letter of confirmation by the main supervisor, explaining where the research (or major part of it) is performed and indicating the position of the applicant at his/her university, is needed)

3) Applicant MUST be a student member of NOF.

4) to get reimbursed, attendance to 2026 IADR NOF General Assembly in Lisbon is a must. Time and place of General Assembly are announced to all NOF members by email a month before the General Assembly. Same announcement can be found in the webpage of NOF.

Application process:

Please fill and send the 2026 NOF Student reimbursement form for registration and membership to NOF treasurer, Dr. Nina Sabel, for the payment of reimbursements after the CED/NOF Lisbon congress, latest on December 1, 2026. Those who do not request during this period will not be reimbursed.

To be reimbursed, documentation of own bank transfer of the costs/payments is a must.
